Numerous current players have raved about their relationships with past players. Bryant says the 2017 Tigers felt ashamed of their mediocre performances and wanted to prove their predecessors they are not an embarrassment of the LSU tradition.

Bryant also shares this influence is partially due to Orgeron’s openness to former players coming to team functions.
