Florida QB commit Matt Corral addresses Jim McElwain situation
Gator Nation is on standy Sunday awaiting word on Jim McElwain’s future.
The third-year coach is expected part ways with Florida after a 3-4 start to the season and his death threat debacle. McElwain’s departure could set back UF recruiting, but at least one commit isn’t concerned about the 2018 class collapsing.
Gators QB pledge Matt Corral — the top-rated recruit in Florida’s No. 7-ranked class — took to Twitter on Sunday to address the McElwain situation after SEC Country and other outlets reached out to him.
Im not answering any interview questions about whats going on, that isnt my place to speak about. Nothing is changing this class.#AllBite18
